All products are shipped using USPS Priority Mail 3-Day with a tracking number provided. Domestic shipping prices vary per product, all shipping prices shown in shopping cart prior to checkout. Products will usually ship in 2-3 days after payment. Products are shipped from La Crosse Wisconsin.
All international shipping is done through Priority Mail International. Shipping prices vary per product. Shipping rates are shown in the shopping cart prior to checkout. Shipping times may vary by location. No returns or exchanges please for international orders. International shipments are also not insured. If the item doesn't reach the destination or is damaged, we will not offer a replacment or refund.
We are committed to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from DSP Electronics. If you have an issue with an item, you can exchange the product up to 120 days of the order date. Starting March 24th, 2014 - if the product packaging and seal have been opened the product will be considered used and not eligible for a refund. Refunds are only given if the product is not used. A small restocking fee may be assessed in some cases. Shipping and handling is non refundable. One exchange per order please. All exchanges or return shipping is paid by the buyer. All returns must be tested by our technicians before any credits are offered.
